Argentine rugby team to receive Australia for the Southern Hemisphere tournament. Before, in the July window, they will face France in Mendoza and Vélez; and to Uruguay, in Maldonado.

Felipe Contepomi's debut as head coach will then be in the Malvinas Argentinas against Les Bleus. The official competition calendar will take Los Pumas to New Zealand on August 10 and 17. The last performance of the National Team for that tournament in our country during 2024 is scheduled for September 21, against the last World champions, the Springboks. Rodolfo Ambrosio from Córdoba will be the main coach of Los Teros. The team has not faced Argentine national team since May 16, 2015, prior to the World Cup of that year, when the team won 36-14 on the second date of the CONSUR Cup in Montevideo. The match will take place on February 17, 2018, for the Américas Rugby Championship.
