Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said there is a date for the offensive against the city of Rafah. Rafah is a town in the southern Gaza Strip that Israel claims is the last stronghold of the Palestinian Hamas movement.

Netanyahu seemed to respond in this way to the criticism of his far-right partners in the Government, Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich. Hamas source confirmed that the group has received a proposed agreement that includes the return of displaced people to Gaza, but not to their homes, but to refugee camps.
