A man born in 2001 was sentenced on Friday March 1 by the Paris criminal court to seven months in prison. The bag of a Paris town hall engineer containing a computer and two USB keys had been stolen the evening before on a train at Gare du Nord.
The stolen computer equipment “contained notes for internal use, relating to his work on the IT mission of the roads and travel department,” the town hall detailed in a press release. The Paris prosecutor's office clarified that the USB key contained in the engineer's bag “only contained notes related to traffic in Paris during the Olympic Games”
