The new USCIS immigration form fees go into effect Monday. The agency announced the changes in January, which include increases of up to 201% in some procedures.

USCIS approved several fee waivers and discounts for some applicants, such as low-income victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. The increases take place in the processing of employment-based visas, in the case of work permits; immigration status adjustments; citizenship processes, and claims from family members, among others. This is the first USCIS fee adjustment since 2016.
