A 66-year-old man was arrested in the town of Melchor Romero, in La Plata. Police sources confirmed that the abuse of the minor occurred in a car that was parked on streets 178 and 505.
The girl was under the legal guardianship of the abuser. "He's groping me all over and it's not the first time this has happened," the young woman told the police officers who proceeded to arrest the victim's guardian. The incident was classified as "Aggravated Sexual Abuse", and was in charge of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 15.
