Luis Rubiales kissed soccer player Jenni Hermoso in the final of the 2023 Women's World Cup. The Prosecutor's Office requested it for the former president of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), who is also exposed to the prohibition of holding sports positions in that period of time.
The Public Ministry has sent its provisional conclusions to the National Court, in which it also requested a sentence of one and a half years in prison for a crime of coercion for Jorge Vilda and Rubén Rivera.
