Inmates built a 300-meter tunnel next to a prison in Río Negro for months and discovered them when they were about to escape. The tunnel went from the prison to a nearby box, in General Roca.

After a count of inmates, they confirmed that there were no absences. Suspicions of complicity. The discovery of a tunnel of this magnitude raises questions about the organization and possible internal complicity in the prison. In 2013, Roca Prison No. 2 was involved in a similar episode, with a different ending.
