Brett Flores, 32, was the caretaker of the house hired by the previous owner. Flores is a vengeful squatter who increased the utility bills and caused a sewage flood. The Landas and Flores have had five civil court hearings and still have not been able to resolve the problem. The squatter argues that the deceased previous owner had promised that he would bequeath it to him.
