The managers of a specialized company based in Aubervilliers have just been condemned for having got rid of polluting effluents. They illegally dumped waste from large restaurants and ministries in Seine-Saint-Denis.
All were sentenced to eighteen months in prison and a fine of 15,000 euros. The court pronounced the acquittal for the money laundering, but also sentenced the company to a fines of 50,000 euro. The company's leaders were invited to explain these illegal dumpings, committed between 2016 and 2021.
