A court decided to open a criminal case against former official K for the purchase of airplanes for basic training from a company with no history in the area. They plan to investigate the former head of the ANAC Alejandro Granados for directing a public tender.
The company, which had been established a few days before the call for bids, lacked clients, balance sheet and commercial history. It would supply airplanes manufactured by Proyecto Petrel, a firm that was created to carry out an initiative of the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires.
