La Bambouseraie en Cévennes, in Générargues (Gard), is one of the most exotic gardens in France. Built in 1856, this bamboo grove is the work of Eugène Mazel.

On site, visitors can discover this unique landscape made of century-old giant bamboos. In 2000, for the Year of the Dragon, landscape artist Erik Borja even created a Japanese-style strolling garden: the Dragon Valley.
