Richard Branson opens doors of Necker Island, where Obama learned to kitesurf, Lady Di spent the summer with her children and Kate Winslet met her husband. His mansion can accommodate up to 48 people and, if that's not enough, guests can also rent the neighboring island Mosquito Island.

Starting next May, anyone will be able to rent the island with a price per night that starts at 110,000 euros, and thus sleep in the rooms where personalities such as the late Diana of Wales and her children, Princes William and Henry, Barack and Michelle Obama, Kevin Costner, Harry Styles, Oprah Winfrey and many others have stayed. The island, framed in the eastern part of the British Virgin Islands, may have the fairy dust of romanticism, but also terrestrial, since it houses two tennis courts and a golf course. In 2020, the losses suffered by Branson in his company Virgin as a result of the pandemic forced him to offer the island as collateral to the British Government in order to receive a loan of 570 million euros.
