A TikTok user shared a video of his modular home that he purchased on Amazon. Jeff Bryant is the name of the young man who took the risk of investing the inheritance his grandfather left him in that little house manufactured by Chery Industrial.
The house is available in four different sizes ranging from $20,000 to over $30,000. Once he gets over the hurdles of California's laws on manufactured homes, Bryant plans to turn them into an Airbnb rental. The home was delivered as a cube, "basically the size of his bathroom"
