Lionel François, 75, volunteer with the blood donors association of Noyon and its region, has made 200 donations during his life. If we do a quick calculation, at an average of 450 ml of blood taken to fill a bag, this 75-year-old former gendarme gave no less than 90 liters of his blood.
“It doesn’t take much time and it saves lives”, says the volunteer with a smile on his face.
