[HIGHLIGHTS] This woman wrote a book about grief after the death of her husband. Now she is accused of killing him.

Kouri Richins, 33, of Utah, said she prepared a cocktail for her husband to celebrate good news and was hours later "cold to the touch" The autopsy found a lethal amount of fentanyl in his system. The woman was charged with first-degree aggravated murder and three counts of second-degree possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

She also faces charges for alleged possession of GHB, a narcolepsy drug often used in recreational settings, including nightclubs.
