Tiger Woods has withdrawn from the Genesis Invitational golf tournament in Los Angeles after being taken off the course with flu symptoms. The 48-year-old professional golfer was taken to the locker room by a rules official around 1:30 p.m.

The tournament was held Feb. 15-18 in the coastal enclave of Pacific Palisades and was Woods' first official appearance on the PGA Tour since he withdrew from the 2023 Masters.
