Breton microbrewery Lokorn engages in a standoff with the Alsatian giant Licorne. The young Finistère company intends to defend itself against the attacks of the historic brewery which is attacking it to compete with it.
“ Licorne is one of the beers we sell best,” says Manon Szymczak, bartender at the Beer Academy, in the heart of Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin). When I give it to customers who ask for local, it's rare that they don't order it.
