The Tod's group "announces that it has obtained the Certification for gender Equality for the entire Italian perimeter" The certification "was awarded" following an evaluation process conducted by BureauVeritas, based on six key indicators: culture and strategy, governance, human resources processes, opportunities for the growth and inclusion of women, equity gender remuneration and protection of parenthood and work-life balance.
