Too fast, too heavy, too long on the road: police check trucks near Bichl. violations in almost half of the vehicles and some fines in the higher three-digit range.
This was the result of a several-hour inspection of heavy goods traffic on Monday (March 11th) by officers from the Tölz police station with specialists from the Weilheim traffic police station. A long timber transporter was so overloaded that it was prevented from continuing its journey and had to unload several tons on the spot.
