The Crous de Reims has launched a cooking competition for students. Eight finalists have just been selected by a jury made up of chefs.

The event is sponsored by the starred chef, Julia Sedefdjian, based in Paris. The winner's recipe will be offered on the menu of all Crou de l'Académie restaurants. The competition will take place on March 16 at the Salon de la Gastronomie in the Parc des Expos in Reims.
