Inclusion must be anchored more firmly in the further education and training of educators and teachers. An ordinance should support schools and school inspectorates in the implementation of inclusion.
Primary schools should take in all children without a prior assessment procedure. Equal opportunities and educational justice are at the heart of the double budget for 2023/24, Education Minister Stefanie Hubig announced in the budget debate at the end of 2022. Around 60 million euros have been earmarked for inclusion in thedouble budget. The total education budget has a volume of 5.8 billion euros.
