A capital stock of 200 billion euros is to be accumulated from federal debt. The German pension insurance reacted skeptically to the traffic light plans and wants to exclude risks for contributors. “Stabilizing the pension level at 48 percent beyond 2025 until 2039 can help to strengthen trust in the pension insurance,” said Gundula Roßbach, President of the German Pension Insurance Association.
