The New Paris-Normandy Line (LNPN) must connect Paris Saint-Lazare to Le Havre via Mantes (Yvelines) and the new Rouen Saint-Sever station. With commissioning by 2035 at a cost of 4.3 billion euros (2016 value) of which 50% paid by local authorities, routes must be proposed this year 2024.
