is already in custody for rape. Now the criminal must answer for other serious allegations. He is also suspected in the Maddie case. Defense only filed a motion for bias against a female lay judge before the indictment was read out. If a judge turns out to be biased, it can be rejected by the defense. The trial against Christian B is now scheduled to continue in a week, on February 23rd. A total of 29 dates are planned until the end of June.
