Max Kronawitter was diagnosed with a “glioblastoma,” a malignant brain tumor, in December 2022. He wrote down his experiences in a book that describes the nine months from diagnosis to the end of chemotherapy in a diary format.

Since the Eurasian can no longer read fluently after his brain operation, Johannes Hitzelberger read parts of the book. All proceeds go to his “heart project” in the Philippines and to Professor Josef Zihl, a neuropsychologist for children with visual impairments.
