Fabián Gutiérrez, Cristina Kirchner's former private secretary, was murdered in July 2020. His cell phone, thrown in an open field, was rescued by the police of the province of Santa Cruz.

After all these years, it was never known what was on that cell phone. The oral and public trial began on March 18, which will conclude next Friday. Facundo Zaeta is credited with the crime since he is credited for having asphyxiated the former secretary.
