Two arms and a leg found in a park on Long Island, New York. A student found one of the amputated arms in the town of Babylon on her way to school on Thursday morning.
The authorities do not rule out that the macabre discovery is related to gangs. Police said the remains found at the east end of the park – both arms – appear to be that of a man. The limbs appeared to have been recently thrown away, police said. Authorities hope to identify body parts using DNA and examining tattoos.
