Two members of a union are charged with blocking an SME. The case had been archived due to lack of evidence but the prosecutor in charge was removed and testimonies were taken.
Alejandra Bada Vázquez, the owner and representative of the company, maintained that the union began a blockade of the CABA factory that prevented several employees from carrying out their usual tasks. And she assured that the measure was led by Rafael Alberto Ale, delegate of said plant. The process was suspended until prosecutor Lapadu decided to reopen the file and review the testimonies to give rise to the accusations.
