Two forty-year-olds, arrested by the BRB (Brigade for the Suppression of Banditry) for the misappropriation of a pallet of medicine. In this palette, several cases of Keytruda, a star drug manufactured and marketed by the American laboratory Merck-MSD, to treat cancer by immunotherapy.

At 2,400 euros per 4 ml bottle, and almost 5,000 euros per injection, the bill mounts quickly. The amount of the stolen pallet was estimated at 2 million euros.
