From April 10 to 14, the great northern chef will serve top-flight menus in a place whose address is kept secret, scripted by Julien Gosselin. Lunch costs €320, dinner €520 - including a glass of champagne, the La Grenouillère menu with food and wine pairing, water and a hot drink (reservation here).

The chef's idea is to export, with theatricality, the spirit, philosophy and aesthetics of his gastronomic restaurant with its unique identity to another place.
