South Korea beat Nigeria 1-0 in extra time to reach the final of the U20 World Cup in Argentina. A header from defender Choi Seok-Hyun in the 95th minute was the only goal of the match.

The Asian team will now face Italy in the final on Thursday. The Super Eagles were eliminated from the tournament in the quarterfinals to Colombia and in the second round to England, the current champion of Europe. The final will be held in Buenos Aires on Sunday.
