Germany's Olaf Scholz and France's Emmanuel Macron are at odds over Ukraine aid. ScholZ wants more military aid for Ukraine, while Macron wants more money for his country.

The two leaders are also at odds on the issue of sending ground troops to Ukraine. Poland and the Baltic states have pushed most strongly for the broadest possible support for Ukraine. The U.S. is Ukraine's largest arms supplier, Germany is number two, according to the U.N. Security Council.
