Ukraine has recently found itself on the defensive at the front. The shortage of ammunition due to the hesitant arms deliveries from the West is becoming increasingly noticeable.
Apparently Kiev is now changing its strategy - also with regard to the weapons required. Kiev still wants air defense systems, but instead of fighter jets and tanks, drones are now at the top of the list, followed by electronic warfare systems. The Kremlin has long since switched to a war economy and boosted arms production in the country. There is no prospect of negotiations to end the war in 2024, nor can either side win a decisive victory.
