Conservative MP, William Wragg, admitted to the Times on Thursday evening his responsibility in leaking the telephone numbers of the targeted people. Three deputies, two political journalists, a presenter, employees of political parties are among the victims, according to Politico and the Guardian. The Guardian has identified a 13th target, a former government adviser. Each time, it all started the same way: a certain “Abi”, or a certain "Charlie” contacted the target on WhatsApp, claiming to have met them.
