Charles III received British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in person for his weekly audience at Buckingham Palace. Meeting is a first since the announcement of the cancer from which the 75-year-old sovereign is suffering.
Most recently, the king was seen attending Sunday worship at Sandringham in eastern England, according to images broadcast by British television. The king is currently being treated at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in London. He is expected to make a full recovery in the next few months.
