Prince Harry has reached an agreement to end the remaining prosecution for illicit collection of information. The agreement covers 115 articles, which the courts have not yet ruled on.

MGN agreed to pay a “substantial sum” to the youngest son of King Charles III and to pay all legal costs. The Daily Mirror was convicted in December of hacking telephone messages, but the court has yet to rule on the charges against them. The case is still ongoing. The full agreement is expected to be announced on February 9.
