The so-called Title 42 was eliminated, the regulation implemented by former President Donald Trump. Many thought that the situation would be alleviated and it would be easier to enter the US. But in reality, what they find is that America's doors are closed and there's enormous confusion, says Dr. Laura Gómez, Coordinator of Doctors Without Borders in Mexico and Central America. "There's a lot of uncertainty and misinformation about what's going to happen," she says.
