The young boy had made ‘death threats’ and ‘public apologies for an act of terrorism’ He was arrested yesterday, as part of a preliminary investigation by the Pontoise public prosecutor's office, following a report. The judge ordered against him a judicial measure of educational investigation and a measure of assistance.
