Antoine Gréco, the president of the Respecter Parmain association, was ordered to pay the sum of 10,000 euros to his municipality. The latter had taken legal action, angered by the omnipresence of this administrator who has been increasing requests to municipal services as well as appeals against projects for several years.

The convicted resident, however, appealed this decision. He never stops making requests and appeals, the Pontoise court ruled. He was sentenced in first instance, but appealed the decision.
