Three men, aged 20 to 21, were indicted on Thursday evening in Pontoise (Val-d'Oise) for murder by an organized gang and criminal conspiracy. They are suspected of having shot and killed an ordinary father on March 2, 2023, at his home in Garges-lès-Gonesse.
It was 3:25 a.m. that night when emergency services were called to rue Paul-Langevin for a gunshot wound to the throat. The fatal projectile hit Mostafa Mediani as he passed the window.
