Val d'Oise: two police officers suspended after violence against a minor. Two investigations have been opened, one judicial for “intentional violence by a person holding public authority” and the other pre-disciplinary administrative, entrusted to the Val d’Oise police.
The video posted on social networks shows two officers hitting a young person. One hits him several times, the young man falls to the ground. It was then that a second police officer arrived and punched him in the stomach after putting him back on his feet.
