Venezuela frees Rocío San Miguel's relatives, but sends the activist to the intelligence service prison. The European Union demands the immediate release of the activist, who is accused of the crimes, without evidence for now, of treason, conspiracy and terrorism.

San Miguel was not allowed to be assisted by her attorneys and was assigned a public defender. During the hearing, the activist was able to see her relatives imprisoned, but four days after her arrest, she has not had contact with her defense team or with her other relatives.
