The Promotional Amateur tournament has its formal start on February 23, 2024. Everton de La Plata won 2-1 as a visitor to the SAT and added its first three points.
The new competition has 12 other participants and has players under 26 years of age. Luca Gallo scored a great header for Everton's 1-0 against SAT. The competition will have an Opening and a Closing. Each one will give away a champion. Then, at the end of the season, a Champions Cup will be played between both winners.
