Sarmiento train stopped before reaching Once and the passengers had to leave walking along the tracks. It happened this morning between Caballito and the terminal station.
After the incident, the service operates reduced between the Liniers and Moreno stations, as confirmed by Trenes Argentinos after 7:30 in the morning. The company attributed it to "technical problems" on Once. The problem occurs at the beginning of another day of intense heat and after yesterday there were thousands of users without electricity due to a new peak in demand.
