More than 100 countries, including many EU states, committed in 2010 not to use, produce or pass on them. Since Russia is very active, especially at night, it is all the more important that Ukraine can defend itself in the dark. Ukraine supporters are collecting donations for new drones. They could be at the front within 48 hours. And maybe save the wounded there too.
