The facts came to light on Friday, shortly after authorities received a call for help from a young girl identifying herself as the victim's friend. The two suspects from the department were indicted Tuesday night for "aggravated procuring" and for "kidnapping and sequestration in organized gang" They were imprisoned with a warrant of committal. The victim, who also received his share, would have recently felt aggrieved in the distribution of earnings.
