Martina Rampp from Prem was accompanied as a “singing baker’ for the BR program “We in Bavaria’ The term “baker” is actually not entirely correct because the 44-year-old is not a trained baker. Martina grinds and sifts all of her grain herself using her whirl mill, which is around 200 kilograms per week.
She does this preparatory work - which also includes writing invoices, placing orders, making repairs and cleaning.
