Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama praised the partnership with France on Friday. Emmanuel Macron praised a “singular relationship” between the two countries.

The two countries also signed an intergovernmental agreement including the granting of a loan of 120 million euros from the French Development Agency (AFD) to help Tirana in terms of energy efficiency.
