Vladimir Putin gave an extensive interview to Tucker Carlson, the favorite communicator of the ultra-conservatives in the United States. He addressed the US elections and although he avoided referring to Donald Trump, he maintained that the bilateral relationship does not depend on names.
Putin considered that the link - or its absence - has more to do with what he defined as "the idea of domination" that the US has over the world. The interview lasted two hours and was disseminated on Carlson's social networks.
