Vodafone Germany wants to save around 400 million euros over the next two years. The company announced this on Tuesday in Düsseldorf.

The measures involve, for example, systems that are outdated or duplicated after company takeovers. Around a third of the company's 15,000 employees in Germany would be affected by the program. The new CEO Philipp Rogge will be leaving the company at the end of March. The move is part of a plan to make the company even simpler and leaner.
